1. Appointment Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations by Clients:

Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at the discretion of the center.

If a client does not attend the scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

In the rare event that we need to cancel an appointment, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.

2. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance without any additional charge.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may be accommodated based on availability, but no guarantees are provided.
3. Refund Policy for Prepaid Packages

If you have purchased a package of multiple counseling sessions:

Refunds will be issued for unused sessions upon request, minus a processing fee.

If any sessions have been attended, the refund will be calculated based on the per-session rate rather than the discounted package rate.

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.

5. Digital and Online Services

Payments for online counseling sessions follow the same refund and cancellation policies as in-person sessions.

If a technical issue from our side prevents the session from taking place, we will reschedule or issue a full refund.
